Customers can contact us with their project specification or design ideas. From this, we will either, produce a quotation or tender based upon the information we have been given (this can include CAD drawings and electrical design), alternatively, our Project and Design Team can work alongside the client to produce a design and specification with them.
We also offer services for our commercial customers, in Portable Appliance Testing, Periodic Inspection Testing, Emergency Lighting Testing and Fire Alarm Commissioning and Testing and Certification.
Each year organisations are required to have all of their portable appliances tested, to ensure that they are safely operating – We can schedule in annual visit to PAT Test your appliances using our in-house work planning system.

Electrical Condition Reports
As electrical installations age, they deteriorate in condition. It is a requirement to have commercial electrical installations tested at least every 3-5 years, or with a change of tenancy.
During our inspection, we will check to see if your installation are safe and compliant with BS 7671:2018, identify any hazards or potential risks, as well as, find any defects to your installations or equipment and highlight areas which lack adequate earthing or bonding.
If, during the inspection, the EICR finds, that the installation is unsatisfactory, our engineers will record the defects and we will issue a quotation for remedial works, in order to rectify the issues.
