Project Summary

We have worked on lighting refits in some of the most beautiful historical buildings in the UK. These historical buildings include Manchester and Nottingham Cathedral amongst smaller Grade 1 & 2 listed Houses of Worship.

For both Nottingham and Manchester, we were the Electrical Contractor, to install new lighting systems to the Cathedrals. The newly installed lighting was controlled by a Lutron Quantum Control System, with multiple points of control throughout the buildings, controlling various zones of lighting. This project was to enable the Cathedral to be used more as a multi-use space, providing the lighting and controls to produce numerous atmospheres / ambiences for Concerts, Services and Functions.

We won a competitive tender, for Manchester Cathedral and thanks to our knowledge with regards to listed buildings, we are able to remain sympathetic to the structure and history of the buildings whilst we are carrying out works.
